1. Using the service
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. Creating an account or submitting an application does not guarantee credit approval.
2. Loan applications
Capex may verify your identity, employment, income, banking information and supporting documents, and may request further information before deciding an application.
3. Credit assessment and reporting
Where permitted by Zambian law, Capex may obtain information from credit reference agencies and lawful verification sources and may report account, repayment, arrears or default information.
4. Costs and repayment
The applicable loan offer or agreement will disclose the interest rate, fees, repayment dates, total amount payable, late-payment consequences and any security. Product-specific loan terms prevail if they conflict with these website terms.
5. Electronic transactions
You agree that applications, acceptances, notices and records may be created and delivered electronically. Actions completed through your account may be treated as your actions, subject to applicable law.
6. Complaints and governing law
Contact Capex using the published contact details with complaints. These terms are governed by Zambian law and do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Information we collect
Capex may collect identity and contact details, NRC or passport information, employment and income details, bank or mobile-money information, credit history, application documents, device information, communications and repayment records.
Why we use it
We use information to create and secure accounts, verify identity, assess affordability and creditworthiness, process and administer loans, prevent fraud, collect repayments, resolve complaints and comply with legal duties.
Legal grounds
Processing may be necessary before or during a contract, to comply with law, for legitimate interests, or based on consent. Where consent applies, it may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Sharing
Information may be shared lawfully with verification providers, employers or income sources, banks and payment providers, credit reference agencies, technology providers, advisers, collection agents, courts, law-enforcement bodies and regulators.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as necessary for these purposes and applicable legal requirements. Organisational and technical controls are used to protect it.
Your rights
Subject to Zambian law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and complain. Capex may verify your identity before acting on a request.
